How do I make a purchase from your website?
Once you have found a product you would like to purchase, add this to your cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page (ensure, if applicable, you have chosen the size you desire). You can then access your cart by clicking the link 'View Cart and Check Out' or by selecting the 'Check Out' button at the top of the website. This will take you to your shopping cart and you may then wish to update quantities of items in your basket or remove undesired items. Once satisfactory - proceed to our secure payment gateway to pay for your items safely with your Visa, Mastercard, or through Paypal.
Will my order be delivered today?
Cherry Rose Blooms can organise delivery within the same working day if your order is placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday, or before 10.00am on Saturday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Orders to business addresses are delivered by 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Orders to general addresses are delivered by 6.00pm Monday to Friday and by 2.00pm on Saturdays.
What happens if no-one is at home at time of delivery?
If no-one is at home at time of delivery, Cherry Rose Blooms courier will leave the flowers in a safe place.
What happens if I need flowers delivered to a funeral at a specific time?
We understand how important strict schedule's are for such occasions. We arrange such crucial details with you upon receiving your order.
Will my flower order look exactly like the picture on the website?
Cherry Rose Blooms goes to great lengths to ensure the flower image pictured on the website, is what the recipient receives. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute it with another item of similar design, colour, shape, quality, and price. Remember what you see pictured, is what the product will look like when the flowers are fully in bloom.
How long will my flowers last, and how do I look after them?
Flowers generally last between 3-7 days.
Can I send giftware, plants and other products on the website?
Cherry Rose Blooms is happy to deliver giftware, plants and anything that is for sale on the website, as long as the total purchase is at least $60.00, plus delivery.
If I order more than 1 product going to the same address, do I pay for more than 1 delivery fee?
No, if there is more than 1 product being delivered to the same address, all the items purchased in the same shopping cart, incur only 1 delivery fee.
Are all prices in Australian Dollar?
Yes all prices are in Australian dollar, and are inclusive of GST.
Can I print a Tax Invoice?
If you require a Tax invoice, please make a note with your order, and ensure you provide us with your email address. Cherry rose Blooms will then email you a tax invoice when we receive your order.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.
Is Cherry Rose Blooms an Australian owned and operated store?
Yes Cherry Rose Blooms is a proudly Australian owned and operated store. We do have a shop front open to the public, and invite you to come in and meet our team.
