Refund Policy

Returns

Cherry Rose Blooms is dedicated in providing exceptional quality flowers and excellence in design. However if you do happen to have any concerns about your order, we recommend that you contact Cherry Rose Blooms directly.
 
Any refund for online or phone orders are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.
 
Flowers should generally last between 3-7 days and any concerns need to be raised with Cherry Rose Blooms within that 7 day period from the date of receipt for delivery of the order. If 7 days have passed since your receipt of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 

Refunds

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, please carefully check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at flowers@cherryroseblooms.com.au.

Promotional items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you seek an exchange your item is vulnerable to approval beforehand. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need an exchange, send us an email at flowers@cherryroseblooms.com.au.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
Shipping To return your product arrangements must be made with us directly, we recommend that you contact us via phone on 02 4225 7722.
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
