Product Substitution Policy

Cherry Rose Blooms goes to an enormous effort to ensure that what you see pictured at our online store, is what the recipient receives. (Exception for florist choice items).

There are times however, when it is necessary to substitute flowers and items, due to local availability and seasonal factors. If there is a need for Cherry Rose Blooms to use our substitution policy, we will always substitute with another flower or item of similar design, colour, shape, quality and value.

Note: what you see pictured, is what the product will look like when the flowers are in full bloom. Since we only use fresh closed flowers, the picture on our website may appear fuller and more colourful, until the flowers in your order open. This allows the recipient to have the longest lasting flowers possible.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact Cherry Rose Blooms directly.

The following conditions apply for cancelling your order:

• Orders that have already left our store with the courier cannot be cancelled.     

Refund Policy

Cherry Rose Blooms is dedicated in providing exceptional quality flowers and excellence in design. However if you do happen to have any concerns about your order, we recommend that you contact Cherry Rose Blooms directly.

Flowers should generally last between 3-7 days and any concerns need to be raised with Cherry Rose Blooms within 7 days of receipt of delivery of the order.

Any refund for online or phone orders are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

 

Privacy Policy

Cherry Rose Blooms is committed to respecting your privacy, and keeping all your personal details confidential. To process your online order, it is necessary to obtain certain details such as:

Email Address
Credit Card Details
Recipient Name
Recipient Address
Recipient Contact Number(s)

This information, and any other details you deem necessary are required to communicate with both yourself and the recipient in completing the order and delivery.

Our online store runs off a secure 128-bit SSL certificate - assuring you an entirely safe and secure check-out process. At no time are any of your payment details stored.

This is the whole and only purpose of gathering these details and at no time are there shared with any third party.

 

Anonymous Order Policy

If you wish for your order to remain anonymous at time of delivery, (e.g. secret admirer) Cherry Rose Blooms respects your request and will not give out your name to the recipient (unless under a legal request to do so). If the recipient requests this information, we will contact you to inform you of the request but will not provide the recipient of your name unless we have your expressed permission.
